Organization
The Unit comprises a management team and three thematic research teams. The Unit has its own board.

Management team
This team is organized around the Head of Unit, Krishna Naudin, assisted within the Unit’s Management Committee by:
- a deputy head of unit: Edward Gérardeaux
- an assistant to the head of unit: Bruno Bachelier
- an administrative and financial assistant to the head of unit: Coralie Siméon
- five team leaders.
The three thematic research teams
- Team 1: Ecological processes and services (PROSE)
- Team 2: Evaluation of Integrated and Multi-Scale Cropping Systems (ESTIME)
- Team 3: Agro-Ecological Participative Transformation of systems (TAPAGE)
The Unit Board
An Aïda research unit board has been set up. It comprises nominated members and members elected within the Unit. Its role is consultative on matters affecting the life of the Unit.
